We collect information directly provided when registering as an Agent, Customer, or Driver, including:

• Personal Data: Name, business details, email address, phone number, and physical address.
• Shipping & Consignee Data: Sender and recipient names, destination addresses, and phone numbers encoded for cargo tracking and delivery execution.
• Payment Data: Subscription payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not process or store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
• Driver Location Telemetry: Geolocation data collected from driver devices during active pickup routes to compute optimal delivery paths and ETAs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process information to:

• Deliver logistics management, box tracking, and warehouse auditing services.
• Process subscription billing and generate financial statements.
• Optimize driver pickup routes using Google Maps Platform.
• Send automated transactional email updates (tracking links, pickup confirmations) via Resend.

3. Service Providers & Third Parties

Data is securely shared with third-party service providers essential for platform operations:

• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend & Twilio: Transactional email and SMS delivery infrastructure for cargo status updates.
• Google Cloud & Google Maps Platform: Cloud hosting infrastructure and route optimization services (`computeRoutes`).

Mobile Information & SMS Privacy: No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data will be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Consignee Data & Data Processor Status

For recipient and consignee personal information processed for overseas delivery, the platform operates as a Data Processor on behalf of the Agent (who acts as the Data Controller). Agents warrant that they have secured necessary consents from shippers and consignees under applicable privacy legislation (including the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 / RA 10173 and international privacy laws).

5. Data Security & Multi-Tenant Isolation

We maintain logical data isolation between Agents using strict database tenant query filtering and encrypt sensitive API credentials stored in secure key vaults.

6. Your Rights & Contacts

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your account data. For inquiries or data privacy requests, please contact our support team at your assigned Agent administrator address or via your account settings.
