Agents are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Balikbayan Logistics Tracker software for a fee of $300 USD per month. Access is provided on a "pay-as-you-go" basis. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in automated account lockout.
Software Only: Balikbayan Logistics Tracker is a software platform for data management and tracking. We are not a physical shipping carrier. We are not liable for the physical loss, damage, or theft of any boxes or goods in transit. Any such claims must be resolved between the Customer and the respective licensed Agent.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for any business loss resulting from temporary system downtime or maintenance.
Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities or to attempt to breach the security of the multi-tenant architecture.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via the billing portal. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
